A pre-Valentine's Day winter storm knocked out power for thousands of Jersey Shore customers. According to the outage map for Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L), 4,019 customers in Monmouth County lost electricity as of 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 13.
