Wyckoff police reported a series of arrests and investigations involving shoplifting, drunken driving, and vehicle-related incidents in a department blotter released Friday, Dec. 12, which dates back to early fall (see attached).
On Thursday, Dec. 4, at approximately 3:15 p.m., a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Monroe Avenue, police said. Two Winning Lottery Tickets Worth $200K, $10K Sold At New Milford ShopRite Day Apart
A Bergen County ShopRite sold two winning lottery tickets on back-to-back days, New Jersey Lottery officials said.
On Tuesday, Aug. 12, a Mega Hot 7’s ticket worth $10,000 was sold at ShopRite #141, 250 River Road, New Milford, according to lottery officials.
The following day, Wednesday, Aug. 13, the same store sold a Cash 4-Ever ticket worth $200,000, officials said.
Both tickets were instant-win scratch-offs, and lottery officials said prizes should be claimed through the New Jersey Lottery.

A large shopping center in Fair Lawn has been sold again, just under a year after it last changed hands, real estate officials said.
The River Road Shopping Center, located at 17-17 to 17-70 River Road, was sold by TFE Properties, JLL Capital Markets announced Tuesday, July 15. The property sold for $14 million.
The 6.45-acre property includes 92,523 square feet of retail space across three buildings. Tenants include Sherwin-Williams and Walgreens, as well as a vacant former ShopRite with covered parking, officials said.

$64K In Gift Cards Stolen From ShopRite By Former Employee In Croton-On-Hudson: Police
A former ShopRite employee from Dutchess County has been charged after allegedly stealing $64,100 worth of gift cards from a Westchester store, police announced.
Laura Picozzi, 33, of Fishkill, was taken into custody on Thursday, Jan. 30, following an investigation by Croton-on-Hudson Police into the theft of 151 gift cards from the ShopRite located at 460 South Riverside Ave., the department announced on Monday, March 3.
