Martha Stewart is mourning the death of one of her fluffy cats named Princess Peony after she was killed by her four dogs in New York. On Sunday, March 3, Stewart posted to Instagram the news that her dogs mistook the "unusual" cat on her 153-acre farm located in Northern Westchester County in the hamlet of Katonah. She wrote: "burying the beautiful and unusual Princess Peony, the four dogs mistook her for an interloper and killed her defenseless little self. I will miss her very badly. 13 Displaced, 2 Firefighters Injured In Massive Bayonne House Fire
Two firefighters were injured, two cats were rescued and 13 people were displaced by a three-alarm Bayonne house fire Wednesday. Flames shot out of the home at 126 W. 27th St., around 3:40 p.m., and had spread to both adjacent buildings, the Bayonne Office of Emergency Management said. An occupant was treated by McCabe EMS at the scene while two firefighters were treated at the hospital and released, officials said. Two cats were also rescued from one of the adjacent buildings, and given oxygen by paramedics. The cause remains under investigation but does not appear suspicious, authoriti…

Two Cats Killed, Another Saved During Apartment Fire In Bridgeport
Two cats were killed in a Fairfield County apartment fire, but another was saved with help from firefighters. The fire took place in a home on Sanford Place in Bridgeport while the resident was not at home, said the Bridgeport Fire Department. Officials say they believe a hoarding condition inside the apartment helped fuel the flames. Firefighters said two cats inside the apartment perished while firefighters were able to save another with the help of oxygen. The apartment received minimal damage.
