A Connecticut woman is accused of crashing an SUV into a home before driving away with four young children still inside the vehicle, police said.
Amber Blanchette, 33, of Sterling, faces multiple charges after the Tuesday night, June 24, crash, which investigators said began with a reported domestic disturbance and ended with an SUV crashing into a house.
Officers responded to a home on Snake Meadow Road in Plainfield around 8:10 p.m. after receiving a report of a possible domestic disturbance, according to police.
